A hybrid Style Blonde/Pale Ale. Very smooth with a bite of cascade hops and the aroma of Simco dry hops. A very, almost too easy drink that goes well with all foods. Just like the rough-cut lumber we build with, we have cut our newest beer out of grain and hops that are roughly fantastic. Rough Cut Porter is a mild 5.7 ABV dark beer that is full of flavor. You will taste the maltiness of the 2 Row Pale, the Chocolate, the Coffee from the specialty grains, and the taste-enhancing overtones of Nugget & Willamette Hops. Finishing with a wonderful smoothness, great mouth feel, and a lingering taste of a great beer.
